WOW, HighNote is celebrating 30 years in business!

WOW, HighNote is celebrating 30 years in business!

When we opened our doors – two women in their 20s buying a small printing franchise – may have seemed like a gamble to some people. However, we decided two things from the beginning, we were going “all in” and “failure” wasn’t an option. We started with the big idea to turn the printing world on its head, and to do things differently than the traditional print shops. Our focus on innovative thinking, creativity and impeccable customer service matched with boundless energy and a sense of fun were soon turning heads in the industry.

Over the years, we developed a reputation in the community and among our clients as the team to go to for that “something extra.” We grew to become the largest company-member of a national franchise of 700+ printing and sign firms and then established HighNote as an independent firm, serving brand owners and marketing communicators on a national level. We’ve continued to drive strong growth by remaining true to our commitment of delivering what customers need, not just what they ask for. We’re active members of the Louisville business community, sponsoring events that promote opportunities for women leaders, emerging businesses and nonprofit organizations that improve our local community and economy.

Like everyone else, we endured the pandemic facing new challenges and making sacrifices supported by a team of professionals willing to make the sacrifices with us. Together, we emerged stronger and, in 2021 finished our year on a high note, recording our highest company sales ever.

As for the future, we’re focused on helping our clients make stronger connections with their clients, committed to being an employer of choice, and will continue to give back to the community we love. Thank you for helping make our dreams come true! And cheers to the future!
