Are you living your best life? That’s a question that we’ve all probably asked ourselves at one time or another.

I’ve been a friend and follower of Stacey Vicari, Life Coach and Owner of Ideal Life for 20 years. As a Life Coach, Stacey helps people re-energize their lives by working with them to find out what’s going well, what’s not going so well and what brings them joy, purpose and meaning. I’ve been watching a five-week series titled, “Live Your Best Life” with co-presenters Stacey Vicari, Life Coach from Ideal Life and Lisa Jo Groft, Co-Fitness Director at Baptist Health/Milestone Wellness Center. Topics have included Getting Motivated for the New Year, Creating Your Support System, Initiating Weight Loss, Practicing Self-Care and Developing a Healthy Lifestyle. Every week Stacey and Lisa energize and motivate me to try new things. From simple tips like keeping positive company, being more deliberate with my use of time, remembering what made me happy as a child, and going to bed having closed out the day removing the clutter in my mind allowing me to sleep better. With a good night’s sleep, you have more energy to make better decisions. And Lisa has discussed the importance of exercise to your physical and mental well being.

Maybe the past year gave you pause to reflect upon your life. What do you want the upcoming year to look like? Remember, if you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten.
